Yes. If your children are under the age of 16, they will need to have at least 1 parent or guardian in the room at all times.

If you need to cancel your booking 7 days prior to attending, we can offer you a full refund or credit up to the value of the booking. If you need to cancel your booking within 7 days, we can reschedule your booking for another available day and time. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, we do not offer refunds or credit, except under certain circumstances.

Sessions typically last 45, 60 or 75 minutes, depending on what you’ve booked, but it’s always a good idea to turn up 10 minutes before your booked session in case we have missing waivers and to go through a proper briefing without encroaching too much on the game time.
